G\u00e5ende \u00f6vningar<\/h1>\n

Tar tillsammans med st\u00e5ende \u00f6vningar cirka 15-20 minuter.\u00a0<\/h3>\n

T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 s\u00e4kerheten vid tr\u00e4ning. Du som fysioterapeut\/sjukgymnast b\u00f6r vara n\u00e4ra och f\u00f6lja med aktivt i \u00f6vningen.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r deltagarna g\u00e5r slalomg\u00e5ng runt luftkuddar, \u00e4r det viktigt att de tar ut sv\u00e4ngen och inte genar \u00f6ver luftkuddarna. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att snubbla p\u00e5 dem.
Nedan finner du 8 olika \u00f6vningar som visas i bild och text samt i vissa fall instruktionsfilm.
Varje \u00f6vning kan stegras och utf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 tre niv\u00e5er: grund, medel och avancerad.<\/p>\n
